How do I add an approval or rejection stamp to the cert package?
SmartCert enables you to add an approval or rejection stamp to a cert package If your process requires it. Have a company stamp you’d like to add to your account - reach out to support@smartcert.tech and we’ll be happy to help!
- Click the pencil icon from the SmartCert viewer to enable the editing features
- Open the document you would like to stamp
- Select the page in the document viewer you’d like to add the stamp to by using the scroll bar to the right of the document
- Click the dropdown/carrot to the right of the stamp icon in the annotation tools listed above the document viewer
- Select the text stamp option and use an existing stamp or create your own
- Click Save SmartCert on the top of your screen
