How do I add an approval or rejection stamp to the cert package? 

SmartCert enables you to add an approval or rejection stamp to a cert package If your process requires it. Have a company stamp you’d like to add to your account - reach out to support@smartcert.tech and we’ll be happy to help!

  1. Click the pencil icon from the SmartCert viewer to enable the editing features
  2. Open the document you would like to stamp
  3. Select the page in the document viewer you’d like to add the stamp to by using the scroll bar to the right of the document
  4. Click the dropdown/carrot to the right of the stamp icon in the annotation tools listed above the document viewer
  5. Select the text stamp option and use an existing stamp or create your own
  6. Click Save SmartCert on the top of your screen
