Annotate a PDF
Add text, notes, or an image/stamp to a page or text to all pages of a PDF
There are several options for annotations in SmartCert's document processing toolbox. In edit mode and with a document opened in the document viewer, you can enable the annotation tools, and choose from drawing/highlighting, signatures, images/stamps, notes, and text.

Click the pencil icon from the dashboard or in a SmartCert
- Open a PDF in the document viewer by clicking on the file
- Click the pencil icon on the list of options above the document
- Hover over each or click the dropdown to view the options
- Click to make a selection and annotate your document
To annotate all pages with text:
- Click the icon with two T's on the list of options above the document (Click the arrow button on the far left of the annotation options to return to the main options if you have enabled the annotations view)
- Add text to the popup window
- Your text will be added to each page, on the top right corner
- Move the annotated text on a page by clicking on it and dragging it to a different location
- Delete the annotated text on a page by clicking on it and pressing delete on your keyboard
- Change the size, font, color, opacity of the annotated text on a page by clicking on it and using the secondary row of options above the document
