Quick guide to importing a PDF to create a SmartCert

Using the Import Dashboard

The Import dashboard is where you create SmartCerts from your inventory or customer shipment documents.

To get started:

  1. Click the Import tab.
  2. Drag and drop one or more files from your computer, or click the Manual Upload button in the upper right corner.
  3. Our AI will scan each document and pull in the data based on your layout settings.
  4. Once processed, your SmartCerts will show up on the Created dashboard.

Keep in mind: One file = One SmartCert.

Processing times may vary depending on the document type, number of pages, document quality, and other factors, so give it a moment if things don't appear right away.
