Finding or locating certs from a supplier

All incoming cert packages from suppliers will be available on your Received dashboard. You can access this dashboard in your account from the link on the left navigation, or by clicking on the SmartCerts dropdown on the top of your browser next to your company name. 

Certs are organized in the order they are received, and are searchable by any data included in the SmartCert.

You can use the search bar and search all received supplier certs for shipment or part/material specific information. Search by PO, SO, Part number, Heat, Lot or other referenceable data to locate the cert package.

You can also sort the dashboard by "Origin" and type and select your supplier from the dropdown. If you are unable to locate the cert package, you can follow up on status or send a request for certs using the Request feature in your account.
