Generate a Certification using a Template 

SmartCert can automatically populate data in a cert template to reduce manual effort in cert creation. Use SmartCert's general CoC, or contact support if you would like to add your company's template to your account. 
  1. Create a SmartCert or open an existing SmartCert. (If you are creating a new SmartCert, enter information relevant to the shipment, part, or lot into one or more SmartCert fields.)
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "New document" 
  3. From the Template dropdown on the top right above the blank page, select SmartCert-CoC
  4. Name your document (on the top of the document viewer)
  5. Click the Sync Fields button
  6. Data can be adjusted by deleting or adding additional information. Each time new text is added to your layout, you can sync the data by clicking the Sync fields button 
    Optional: Add your company logo by clicking on the annotations tool and clicking on the image icon. Move the logo to the appropriate position.
  7. Enter the information relevant to the order/part
  8. Sign and date the CoC
  9. Add any additional documents or certs to the SmartCert by clicking on the box below the New Document button
  10. Click Create SmartCert. Your SmartCert is ready to be sent to your customer!
