How will I know if a SmartCert has been sent and received?
Understanding SmartCert Status and Activity:

A green arrow next to a SmartCert means it’s active and has been shared with a customer.

A gray arrow indicates the SmartCert has not yet been shared.
To view sharing activity:

Open the SmartCert and click the Sharing History tab to see who received and opened the SmartCert.

Check the Recipients tab for a full list of everyone who has viewed the SmartCert/cert package.

You can also track when certs were received and approved.
If your customer requests changes, a message will appear in the Conversations tab, where you can review and respond.
