How to respond for requests for certs on SmartCert
Learn how to respond to a request from a customer to provide certs. When receiving a customer request, you can respond with an existing SmartCert that you may already have in your inventory. You can also fill out the fields assigned with that specific request, upload the certs, and complete the request. The completed request will now exist on your Created dashboard for your reference, and is provided to your customer on their Received dashboard.
