Missing QR code
Learn how to access your cert package if you’ve lost or can’t locate your original QR code.
Overview
Some suppliers send SmartCert packages using a QR code or link for quick access. If you no longer have your QR code or link, you can still retrieve your certification package directly from SmartCert.
Steps

Check your Received dashboard.
For most suppliers, SmartCerts are automatically uploaded to your Received dashboard. You’ll also receive a notification in SmartCert and in your Daily Summary email when new certs are added. -
Use the Request feature.
If the certs were not automatically delivered and you no longer have a QR code or link, you can send a request for the certs using SmartCert’s Request feature.

The QR code is designed to keep certs physically linked with parts, making it convenient to review documentation in warehouses, on job sites, or during assembly.

Losing the QR code does not prevent you from accessing your certs — they are stored in your SmartCert account.
