Organize all your vendor certs and make it easy to find the certs you need when you need them. 

SmartCert provides the centralized access, security, traceability, visibility, and tools to quickly receive, review, and process certs, even if your vendors aren't on the SmartCert network.  

  1. To get all your vendor certs into your SmartCert account, you can use the Import dashboard to drag and drop your certs. Our OCR technology scans all documents and looks for critical part or material information, automatically creating a SmartCert with custom searchable data. One File, One SmartCert.

  2. You can also forward certs via email to inbound@smartcert.tech. SmartCert will recognize your domain and create a SmartCert on your behalf. One email = one SmartCert, enabling you to add multiple files to one SmartCert.
