To get all your vendor certs into your SmartCert account, you can use the Import dashboard to drag and drop your certs. Our AI technology scans all documents and looks for critical part or material information from your default layout, reviews compliance against industry standards, and automatically creates a SmartCert. One File, One SmartCert.

You can also forward certs via email to inbound@smartcert.tech. This feature is only available to existing users in your SmartCert company account. One email = one SmartCert, enabling you to add multiple files to one SmartCert.

SmartCert can also monitor an existing email address used by your vendors to send certs. Each email from a vendor can be instantly translated into a SmartCert to support your standard receiving process.
