Understanding SmartCert statuses on the Created dashboard

Quick Guide to cert statuses on the Created dashboard: See the status of every cert package at a glance

When you create a SmartCert, you and your team can track progress using statuses on the Created dashboard. Keeping an eye on these helps stay on top of what's pending, what's in progress, and what's done.

Here's what each status means:

Not Assigned The starting point for any newly created SmartCert. It hasn't been assigned or acted on yet.

In Review The SmartCert is currently being reviewed by another team member.

Information Requested More details are needed before the cert can move forward. Check the Conversations tab to reference the details internally.

Item Received The physical item tied to this SmartCert has been received.

Item Shipped The item has shipped.

Changes Required Something needs to be corrected. Use the Conversations tab to communicate what needs to be updated. 

Approved The SmartCert has been reviewed and accepted.

These statuses work the same way whether you're managing a SmartCert you created or tracking a cert request from a customer.
