How can I update or change my account subscription?
To upgrade your subscription and increase your usage limits:
If you’re a Paid Account
- Log in to your SmartCert dashboard.
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click “Upgrade Account”.
If you’re a Starter Account
- Log in to your SmartCert dashboard.
- Click Go Pro in the top of the page
- You’ll see the different plan options. Select the one that makes the most sense for your organization. Estimate your monthly volume requirements for number of SmartCerts created each month.
Why upgrade your subscription?
Upgrades to your subscription unlock higher volume for creating SmartCerts as your company expands its use of the platform. Upgrading your subscription ensures your company gets the most out of SmartCert and means a stronger, faster, and more secure cert process.
