User status

Quick guide to User statuses visible on your user dashboard. 

The status of a user can be seen in the User dashboard, and are a reflection of the state of the user at any time. Access the user dashboard by clicking on your company name next to the SmartCert logo and selecting Users from the dropdown. 

  • Invited to company: This user has received an invitation to join your company account, either through certs sent by a supplier or by another user.
  • Requested to join: This user has created a SmartCert account and requested to join your company. Please ensure they are affiliated with your organization before approving their request. If not, please contact support@smartcert.tech for help.
  • Active: This user is appropriately set up within your company account and based on their permissions, can take action.
