User status

User status 

The status of a user can be seen in the Users table, and are a reflection of the state of the user at any time:

• Invited to company: This user has received an invitation to join your company account, either through certs sent by a supplier or by another user.

• Requested to join: This user has created a SmartCert account and requested to join your company. Please ensure they are affiliated with your organization before approving their request. If not, please contact support@smartcert.tech for help.

• Active: This user can view SmartCerts within your company account.
