Quick guide to what you can do with a SmartCert

What can I do with my cert package once it’s in my dashboard? 

SmartCert provides free backup and redundancy for certs received from your suppliers. To process your certs, you can:

  1. Let your supplier know if certs are approved or change are required by using the buttons on the SmartCert. If changes are required, the conversations tab will allow you to send a message detailing the requested changes. 
  2. Make a copy of a SmartCert and use the suite of cert processing tools to digitally approve, stamp, redact, and add or remove pages in the cert package. You can also split documents to create individual SmartCerts for parts and material, or simply split the document before you download the files. 

  3. Download your certs individually by hovering over the PDF and clicking on the Printer, or use the Download All button in the lower right corner to download all documents within that SmartCert into a ZIP folder.

  4. Additionally, you can click the Ellipsis/three dots next to Download all to Merge and download files or Merge and print files.

  5. Please note, you are not able to select multiple SmartCerts on your Received dashboard and download/print all. You’ll need to open each SmartCert individually to print or download.
